Telestar System works closely with the Ministry of Communication (Italy) to handle applications for the granting of the concession on behalf of the Client. Telestar System takes care of the entire process, from the study of the project, to the analysis of the installation, to the submission of the application, to the issuance of the concession for the right to use frequencies. This service is offered both for the construction of new radio facilities, as well as for frequency renewals or analysis of existing facilities that need to be varied, or for temporary communication facilities.
The installation of a private radio communication facility is regulated by Legislative Decree No. 259 of August 1, 2003 "Electronic Communications Code" and the Ministerial Decree of 05/10/2018 by which the National Frequency Allocation Plan currently in force was approved.
The continuous evolution of the radio communications sector makes it necessary to have an application of the Electronic Communications Code that takes them into account and a constant update of the national framework of frequency allocation to include in the national regulations the technical and legislative novelties that arise and to cope with the new needs of the radio spectrum with regard to national uses.

The documentation consists of both a technical part (the technical project with a form that the Ministry has provided according to L.D. No. 259 of 01/08/2003) and an administrative part. The submission of the application to the Ministry of Economic Development is done via PEC, and represents a fundamental step for the correct management of the file, a "confused" or incomplete submission of the documentation substantially affects the timing and correctness of the authorized installations, Telestar System guarantees not only a correct submission but a division of the documents between technical and administrative that facilitates and speeds up the work of the Ministry. Legislative Decree 259 of 01/08/2003 stipulated that the frequency use concession must be issued within 42 days from the submission of the application, during which time Telestar System follows the process to ensure that the customer obtains the authorization within the stipulated time.
